As the year comes to a close, we at Yowsun Care reflect on a remarkable journey of growth, progress, and exceptional service delivery. This year has been filled with meaningful milestones, and none of it would have been possible without the collective effort and dedication of our incredible team.

To our frontline staff and every team member, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Your unwavering commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care has made a profound difference in the lives of those we serve.

We are equally thankful for the strong partnerships we’ve cultivated this year. Your collaboration and support have been instrumental in helping us fulfill our mission of empowering vulnerable adults to live with dignity and independence.

Yowsun Care is seeking a Homecare Deputy Manager in its Southend Branch. This role is for someone who has experience in the Domiciliary Care sector and can manage the team on a day-to-day basis. The Deputy Manager will ensure that several Key Performance Indicators are met and that the service meets organisational, contractual and statutory obligations at all times.

As a leadership coach who helps leaders of teams and people managers to see the gaps in their skills, discover their strengths and make the most of their full potential and enhance their performance, I know so well that the best way to learn and grow is by leaning into our experiences, mistakes and achievements, so that we can craft a way forward, by turning all our valuable reflections into our magic pot of action.

I have failed several times as a leader, an individual and a business owner, but finding the strength, will, and resilience to keep getting backup is the ultimate gift that I am eternally gratitude for.

Evolving as a better leader who understands how to position yourself for success is a great learning for me in this journey and having the best team ever is the greatest gift of all.
