Love to Move is a gentle, dementia-friendly, chair-based exercise programme designed to support mobility, coordination, and overall wellbeing. It’s calm, sociable, and a lovely way for people to move at their own pace - plus, there’s always tea and cake at the end.

Our Shoreham Pottery group have been busy creating decorations for our St Mary de Haura Christmas Tree Festival entry , and we snapped some fun festive-hat photos to go alongside our tree (Don’t worry, we’ll be sharing more soon!)

The festival runs 5th–7th December at St Mary de Haura, and its always a fantastic community event
