Mixing it up this week with some Roller fun. This Pilates Roller I’ve had since 2011 - thank you I always recommend new clients purchase one as it gives you such good feedback for your spine lying supine. The client starts to have a relationship with their spine, plus the myofascial release is pure yummy.
