Essential Blends Skincare was created by Aromatherapy expert Sophie Joseph who made these products as a result of her own bad skin outbreaks of adult acne.. After trying every product on the market yet not receiving any change, she started her aromatherapy training and developed blends that rapidly healed her skin and reaffirmed the power of these remarkable plant extracts. Within her therapy practise many clients asked for blends to remedy their own skin issues and so she launched the essential Blends skincare range. Made from all natural plant ingredients and essential oils, using no synthetic perfume or preservatives and free from harmful parabens and petrochemicals that are found in most commercial cosmetics. These exquisitely scented products help to uplift your mood and leave your skin feeling naturally beautiful. Made in Shoreham-by-Sea using local ingredients as possible and contained in plastic free containers and packaging

Sophie also leads workshops and meditation groups on the subject of plant essential oils and natural ingredients.

Wow, what a week!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your support , it’s been my busiest week of the year.

Tuesday’s Meet the Maker night at Harriet's of Hove was wonderful ✨️

The extr online orders and shop deliveries have kept me on my toes! 😅

A wonderful end to the week with the festive evening at St Giles Hall on Friday.
It was cosy, sparkly and SO special and that was entirely down to those of you who came along, chatted, supported, and filled the room with such warmth.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing up. 💛✨.

My next event is at The Tempest in Brighton on 14th December (it’s surprisingly santas grotto-like inside!), so do pop in if you fancy some festive vibes!
11-6pm and I will have all my gifts sets and products to try.

I was having so much fun at the Harriet’s of Hove Birthday Party last night that this little clip is all I managed to capture! 😅
I genuinely thought I filmed more… but clearly I must’ve thought I pressed record when I actually didn’t!

What a wonderful evening it was. I’m so grateful to have been there and to have chatted with so many lovely people. 🥰
There was so much interest in the products, and I really hope you all enjoyed your goodies from the night ✨

And I wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes…

When I first had the idea for these gift sets, I knew they were going to be beautiful, but I didn’t realise just how much work goes into bringing something like this to life. There were chats with my designer, approving proofs, organising the printing, choosing the right size combinations, planning the packaging… and then the making, batching and packing on top of everything else.

It’s been a real labour of love, but seeing the finished sets come together has made every late night so worth it.
