We’re looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with Autism, ADHD & Complex Emotional Needs.
If you're passionate about helping people lead independent, meaningful lives — this role is for you! 💙✨

⭐ Your Responsibilities:

🫶 Provide 1:1 support & daily living assistance
🍽️ Help with personal care, meals & routines
😊 Encourage emotional wellbeing & positive behaviour
🚶‍♀️ Support with appointments, college & activities
🛡️ Follow safeguarding & behaviour plans
📝 Maintain clear records & work with the team

🎯 Requirements:

👩 Female Support Worker (service requirement)
📅 2+ years’ experience in Autism / Mental Health
💬 Calm, confident & strong communication skills
🪪 Enhanced DBS + Right to Work in UK
🎓 NVQ Level 2/3 preferred
