Cervical screening results on the NHS App

If you have the NHS App downloaded, your cervical screening results will be delivered via the app within 2-3 weeks. If you don’t have the NHS App, you will be sent a letter in the post.

Since January 2026, the MMR vaccine has been replaced by the MMRV vaccine, which also protects against chickenpox💉

This updated vaccine is offered at the 18-month appointment. You do not need to take any action, your GP will contact you when your child is due.

Pollen season has begun! There's no way to avoid pollen altogether, but there's things you can do to lower your risk of developing symptoms if you know you suffer during the warmer weather.

If you know when your hay fever symptoms usually start, you can take some types of antihistamines two to four weeks before this time. This will give you the best protection. You can take antihistamines throughout the pollen season.
