We are based in a calm and private setting in the quiet market town of Much-Wenlock, Providing client-centred integrative counselling for individuals and couples, in-person, by telephone and Online.

Stefan and I are Integrative Person-Centred Counsellors (MBACP).

If you are struggling with anything from anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, bereavement, abuse, addictions, LGBTQ+, the list is exhaustive, we are highly trained to counsel you.

Just to say we are giving a talk at JD Gym Sundorne Retail Park, Unit 1C, Arlington Way, Shrewsbury SY1 4YA.

We will be telling you about our group Talk in the Park and also our private practice Room to Talk.

It was so successful last time and we hope anyone who wants to come and meet us or hear us will come along.

Hi Guys,

Just to let you all know we are up and running!!

We have had so many requests about what we do.

So to explain, we are individual professional person - centred counsellors.

We help people with literally the A-Z of issues that life brings to us all.

From Autism, grief, abuse , anxiety, depression the list is exhaustive and we can be there for you to be heard and guide you through.

We also provide group therapy where you can be with other people and discuss your feelings and emotions, again guided by us. This allows you to feel like you are never alone in your thoughts and allowing the group to talk together promotes a sense of a community.

Hi Guys,

If you would like to book an initial call with either Tash or Stefan please call or email us.

We can reach anyone in the country by telephone or zoom.

We are also have a private practice for face to face sessions in our beautiful room in Much Wenlock, which is central to Shrewsbury, Telford, Ironbridge, Bridgenorth and surrounding villages.

We are both fully qualified counsellors that cover everything that you bring to us. Whether it's depression, anxiety, autism, abuse the list is endless.

We use other skills such as Art, trauma rewind, CBT that we may feel is required with clients.

Everyone is unique and we use our skills to work through your problems.

For an initial chat please call us, we can organise zoom, teams or telephone counselling if you live away from the area, or face to face if you live nearer.
