You’ll be guided through essential oils, their aromatherapy properties, and the art of intuitive blending before hand-pouring your own full-sized candle, slowly, intentionally, and without rush.

I had one of those little “wow” moments today, the kind that completely stops you in your tracks.

Someone reached out asking for help choosing scents because Aroma Quartz is on their partner’s Christmas list.
�And even after five years of doing this… it still doesn’t feel real.
I don’t think I’ll ever get used to the fact that something I pour, label and pack with my own hands ends up under Christmas trees… wrapped up as gifts… part of people’s rituals and memories.

When I first made these, I just thought, “oh these are cute, I’ll add a couple as a little extra to the range.”

There wasn’t a fancy launch or a big announcement. I quietly popped them live on the website and didn’t think much of it. Then suddenly, the response was incredible.

What’s funny is these almost made me quit candle making altogether. I’m honestly so clumsy (just ask my parents how many dog bowls and lights I broke when I lived at home). The first few rounds of remoulding these were a nightmare. There were a few moments I was ready to throw them across the studio 🤣

But once I got the hang of them, something changed. Each one became its own little piece of art. I stopped trying to make them look perfect and just started trusting my gut. A dried orange here, a bit of pine there, a few cloves and cinnamon wherever they felt right.

They ended up becoming one of my favourite things to make. They forced me to slow down, to be present, and to actually enjoy the process again.

Today I’m making the very last batch of our Christmas decorations for 2025.

This isn’t a polished video or some fancy announcement. It’s just me, being real.

For the past five years I’ve been running my candle brand and for most of that time my main focus was our retail store. But after closing the doors in August because I was completely burnt out, I’ve been slowly trying to fall back in love with what I do.

This is my first Christmas without a shop which honestly feels scary, but also exciting in a strange way. I’ve spent the past few months getting back to what I love most — hand pouring our coconut wax candles, spending time with my dogs and reconnecting with why I started this brand in the first place.

If you’ve ever supported small businesses, I’d really appreciate it if you could hit any button on this post to help more people see it. It really does make a difference.
