Please only order the medication you need over the Christmas period, this morning we have pulled over 100 prescriptions off the shelf that haven’t been collected from October. This is a huge amount of dispensing hours wasted, where we could be providing a better, quicker service for our patients. Please bear with us as this has unfortunately pushed us back.

📣 Exciting Improvements Coming to the Practice!

We are pleased to share that renovation works are about to begin at the surgery. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be making several important improvements, including:

✨ Extending and resurfacing the car park
✨ Relocating our dispensary to a larger space within the building to help improve patient flow
✨ Refreshing and updating the building throughout

These changes are part of our continued effort to make the practice a better, more accessible place for all our patients. We are always working hard behind the scenes to secure funding and improve our facilities wherever we can.

🚗 Temporary Parking Changes
During the first phase of works, half of our car park will be closed for approximately 1–2 weeks. To ensure our patients still have parking available, we kindly ask all staff and anyone attending for non-urgent reasons to park at the Village Hall/Park during this period. There will still be half of the carpark available to use.

😊 We know that disruption can be frustrating, and we want to reassure everyone that we’re doing our very best to keep the impact to a minimum while making long-term improvements for the whole community.

Good Morning all,

Due to staff illness/annual leave - we are incredibly short staffed amongst the Admin department.

Please only call if necessary, and please bear with us on telephone wait times today.
We understand that this can be frustrating, but the whole team are trying their best.

Sidenote: Call queues and call back systems are automated and not manually controlled our end.

⚠️ FLU VACCINATION NOTICE ⚠️

We are receiving an influx of calls from patients regarding the flu vaccination and texts they have received. Please note the following:

NHS England are issuing text messages out, not ourselves.

From 1st October, we will be sending our text messages out to invite those eligible to come in to our flu clinics.

We have discovered a number of these "Bookstart" packs for little ones, and we feel its a shame to throw them away, its a lovely little book for babies & young toddlers. 👶

Please feel free to pop by and collect a pack, or grab one if you are in the surgery for an appointment and could make use of them within your family & friends. They will be in the entrance to the practice.
