January can feel like an age when you experience the mid-winter blues and post Christmas can feel like a weird time.

You still have Mariah Carey gaslighting you in your head about how all she wanted for Christmas is you, yet you've still not met up - we're still waiting for our invite, Mariah.

All the Christmas 'special food' has gone, you're in your pyjamas by 4pm, even when you're at work, and your energy levels seem to have disappeared along with the sun.

Well, we have an antidote!

Forever Cacao and Aventurine Wellbeing & Yoga have gathered some of Shropshire, Powys and Jersey's very best people together to bring you something truly special!

Carla Martini Yoga - to bring you her magical yoga nidra, Qi Gong and understanding of the chakras
Roxane Smith Choir Leader - to joyously provide harmony to your soul through the power of the voice
Ray Summer - to offer her creative gifts and teach flower Mandala making
The Seeds of Sound - to transcend you on a different portal with their gift of sound
Turiya Yoga, Oswestry - to explore the deeper aspects of the divine breath

And Forever Cacao, Forever Cacao Club, Aventurine Cacao and Aventurine Wellbeing & Yoga (in English - Pablo and I) will be there with our usual dose of laughter, cacao and willingness to take us all on a journey of the heart ❤️🤎❤️

What an amazing day yesterday! We had over two hours of yin yoga - embracing stillness and then a lovely deep dive with cacao.

What an incredible group that came together to create, journey and share - it was like being in a warm hug 🫂🤗🤗

The next one will be in January in Oswestry! Information coming soon... 🤎🤎🤎

So excited for this offering! Two yin yoga workshops are happening this year and you are more than welcome - both classes are already over halfway booked. The only yin class in Shropshire with sandbags* available!!
