We called it a retreat because we want you to step away from life, just for a bit, and give yourself not only a moment to pause, but reflection, education, a chance to ask the questions on your heart & take steps towards feeling great in your body and your life!

I’ll be talking you through how movement CAN work in your life, regardless of how busy you are, how much you exercise now or what you used to be able to do or not do!

A LOT of women work with me so that we can together help make sense of all the BS!
There’s a lot of information out there, it doesn’t matter what you’re searching for:
Periods, pregnancy, postpartum, illness, injuries and rehab, menopause, neurodiversity…. It’s easy to get swamped in the info and even then not know where to start.

When it comes to fitness that’s exactly what I do with my clients- we work out what THEY need to pay attention to, and how they can adopt those health behaviours and we focus on playing the long game.

If you’re after quick fixes yesterday- I’m probably not for you!
Because I read the research & the best way to make habits stick, and exercise is one of those, is slowly and to build.
