MY Mondays- I vowed as my littlest walked into school for her first day. Mondays will be MY days.
I’ve dabbled, had coffee catch ups, tax return ☑️, some days where I was so shattered I blobbed about at home but this one was my first proper ‘what do I want to do?’ Monday and it was gorgeous! I went for a solo walk, not to get the steps in but to get the headspace in. I said ‘good morning’ to every single person I saw 😂 it’s like it’s a law when you’re being ‘outdoorsy!’ But then not allowed in the streets 🤷🏼‍♀️ Sat at the top for a while and chatted to an elderly gentleman, also sat alone and watched the clouds roll in around me.
Being on top of Mountains is officially my happiest place and one massive reset that my body needed!

My loves it’s time to take back the control and not let anyone make you feel ashamed of your body.

The key is to learn YOUR blueprint, know what makes you energised, helps you feel grounded and calm, what your body responds to and when- not the generic outlines you find deep in TikTok but only YOUR BODY!

I knew I would be frustrated if I didn’t finish that workout. And I knew that pushing myself harder and seeing myself would also make me feel s**t.
The answer was to listen. Stop. Respond. Adjust. Carry on.

I’ve also done this mid Park Run 😮

Because my long term health is way more important than a short term time on the stopwatch!

And pushing your pelvic floor beyond its maximum on that day, is doing nothing positive for your long term health.

Consistency IS key, but design how that looks first!

Sometimes we can be moving too fast to notice the little things that make life actually bloody great.

I heard somewhere last week an idea. To ask yourself every day- how today could have been the best day of your life!
i suppose you could do it at the start of the day too & set it as an intention 💥

Anyway, these are the things I stop and notice, that bring me little pockets of peace and help me consistently show up for life 🤌🏼
