When I set out to do this thing (Aluna) I refused to make it about dieting and bouncing back, not even for the marketing or the likes.

I knew it had to be done with integrity. Because I’ve been on that end of the industry and it has you running around thinking YOU’RE PROBLEM.

That’s not true. And nothing changes if we don’t set about to change it.

Turns out I’m still going strong (stronger even) and YOU get it. Because we want a life that’s free from constantly critiquing ourselves, constant monitoring of food or weight, constant decisions of what to eat based on calories and how much we’ve burned today.

You deserve that bigger life.

Kinda boring really 🥱 but honestly? That’s what it takes to make small significant changes.
There’s no marching band 🥁 no fanfare 🎺

First up, your body is your body and you do what you want with it.
But if you’re searching for confidence in your body- it’s not your body that needs to change- it’s the way you look at it.

It’s the way you look at all bodies. It’s the assumption that people are looking at and judging yours.

You can make all the changes to your body- but without the mindset shift alongside it, you won’t find the confidence and satisfaction and SELF TRUST you’re looking for.

Introducing ‘the big goal’ for 2026!
I’ve wanted to do something like this for aaaaages so we’ve finally signed up!

Myself & will be taking on Race the Sun in the Lake District in September 2026- which yes gives us loads of time to train and because of that time frame we’d like to be adding more to our fundraising total too!

We’ll be raising money for Action Medical which is an INCREDIBLE charity who fund essential research into supporting babies, children and young people.

Both myself and vic have worked with kids our entire lives and feel so privileged to support them!

To complete the challenge we must cycle 34 miles, hike 10 miles and paddle (kayak) 2 miles between dawn and dusk! I’m so bloody excited for it, all of it, training included!

Personally I SUCK on a bike so that’s my biggest challenge!

Perhaps you don’t need a watch to tell you to go to bed, or a ring to tell you your period is coming, or an app to tell you that you had an active day today- instead maybe you need to spend some time with your body to figure how those things FEEL.

Your body is giving you all the data you need regularly but the hard part is learning to trust it again- because we’re born trusting it!

How would it feel to take off your watch first a week? Ditch the data!
Ooh just for a bit! See what your body says to you???
