I’ve worked in the postnatal exercise space for almost 7 years and I LOVE ITTTTT! I’m fascinated by the way our body responds to parenthood, I’m more fascinated by the way we learn to adapt and evolve!
I created the Stronger Mums bootcamp as a way to find consistency amidst the chaos! No need to get dressed, leave the house or event complete the whole thing in one go!
Maximum workout time is 40 mins, most are around 30- I am really good at explaining the exercises and how they FEEL and this gives you a chance to find YOU again, on your terms at your pace!
