As I continue to grow personally and professionally, I’ve decided to refresh my treatment menu — letting go of what no longer serves me (and you), and making space for more aligned offerings. 🌙

This shift reflects my intention to provide treatments that truly nurture, heal, and restore balance — for both body and soul. 💆‍♀️💚

How does this resonate with you?

For me this is very powerful.
Our words are powerful.
To speak positively (even if no one else is listening!) raises our vibrational level.

How we speak to ourselves, others and of others when they are not there to hear, is setting our vibrational level.

We're all guilty of having off days, when nothing feels right, when people and events are not meeting OUR narrative. What do we do? complain? , feel the worlds against us? snap at those around us? moan about others behind their backs? knee jerk reactions.
How does that make us feel energetically?.. not great! .

Whats the alternative?
Take a moment and accept that NOT everyone and everything will meet OUR narrative all of the time, and thats fine.
Switch the negative emotions of feeling let down, frustrated, angry... to ones of understanding and compassion.

Speak in a way that shows compassion and understanding.
Listen in way that hears and understands.

Try this today, say something nice about someone 'behind their back', tell yourself. something that you are proud of yourself for, take a moment to think why someone may not have met YOUR narrative and understand with compassion.
See how it makes YOU feel 🙏❤️

Change #1. As of 31st October I will no longer be using the Fresha booking app for my appointments.

What changes will you see?... Very little! most of you book directly with me already.
You will no longer receive the impersonal appointment confirmation, reminders and completed appointment notifications generated by the app. Instead you will receive the reminders and thankyous directly from me.🙏

This change will allow me full flexibility and control to book tailored appointment times into my diary, to the benefit of my clients.

To allow a smooth transition, all new appointments booked from today will follow the new format.

There are still many ways to book your visit to me..

Change is inevitable to allow us to grow.

Letting go of what doesn't serve us is difficult but to move forward that's what is needed.

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere!! Quite the contrary!
There are just some changes happening here to help Heavenly Touch blossom in the direction I want it to, and which will bring exciting new things for my wonderful clients.
