Thursday is World Kindness Day.

From fact-checking and supporting vulnerable communities to spreading messages of tolerance, there are many ways we can counter hate speech through the power of kindness.

Together, we can say no to hate and create safe, inclusive spaces that uphold human rights, diversity and respect for all.

Kindness is our shared responsibility.

We need your help!

We are designing a new logo for our service and would like the input of the children and young people that we work with. We will be sending out emails about it shortly, but please have a look at this poster if you'd like to be involved. We're looking for words and pictures about your experiences and would love to know what you think. You might even get them incorporated into our logo!

Psychological Professions Week 2025 will be held Monday 10th - Friday 14th November. It is a national event, led by the Psychological Professions Network (PPN), to celebrate and highlight the work of psychological professions in the NHS. Its purpose is to raise public awareness of psychological services, recognize the impact of psychological work, promote careers in the field, and foster professional networking and collaboration.

Today is World Mental Health Day. This year's theme is 'access to services - mental health in catastrophes and emergencies'. The theme highlights the importance of people being able to protect their mental health in times of global instability.

World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. The theme is set by the World Federation of Mental Health.
