The 🔑 to weight loss?

A calorie deficit.

This is simply consuming fewer calories than your body is using.

For example, if your daily energy expenditure (calories burned) is 2500kcal, your daily energy intake (calories consumed) would need to be between 2000-2200kcal to be in a deficit of around 500kcal a day, which would result in a 1lb weight loss per week 😁

As a nutrition coach, I have the knowledge behind me to do the following:

●Find a suitable and maintainable deficit that will give sustainable results
●Provide nutrition advice to help fuel your body with the right food
●Provide friendly support and motivation
