Here’s three top tips to prioritise strength training (this is a game-changer for mums like you):

1️⃣ Compound movements = maximum results: Focus on exercises that work multiple muscle groups, like squats, deadlifts, and presses. These movements build functional strength, making everyday tasks easier (hello, lifting groceries and chasing after the kids!).
