HYROX is coming to CrossFit Shropshire.

🕒 "I just don't have the time!" Sound familiar, mums?

We know how busy life can get between school runs, work, and everything else. But guess what? You CAN fit fitness into your day, and it’s easier than you think!

💡 Here are 3 practical ways to make fitness part of your routine without feeling overwhelmed:

1️⃣ Schedule it like an appointment: Just like that dentist visit or school meeting, set a specific time for your workout and stick to it. Think of it as “YOU time”, you deserve it!

2️⃣ Start small:Don’t feel like you need to hit the gym for an hour. Even 10-15 minutes can make a difference. Do a quick HIIT session or bodyweight workout at home. Little steps lead to big results!

3️⃣ Involve the family: Going for a walk or run with the kids is a great way to spend quality time and get your heart pumping. You’ll feel good, and they’ll love it too!

💪 Being a mum doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your health. Prioritize yourself, and watch how it transforms your energy and mindset!

Strength isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it looks like control.
Breathing.

This is Sam, leading Pilates at CrossFit Shropshire.

Pilates helps our members:
• Improve core strength
• Move with better control
• Reduce aches and tightness
• Support their CrossFit training
• Build strength in a different way

It’s not “instead of” hard training.
It’s what makes hard training sustainable.

Pick your workout, first timer or seasoned athlete, it doesn’t matter.

Complete the workouts each week, push yourself, but remember, it’s all about fun.

Celebrate personal victories, high fives, and moments that actually matter.

End each week with laughs, stories, and maybe a bonus challenge or two.
