Here’s how to nourish your body the right way:

1️⃣ Eat whole foods: Focus on getting the most nutrients from lean proteins (like chicken, fish, and plant-based sources), plenty of colorful veggies, and healthy fats like avocado and nuts. These foods will help you build muscle, stay energized, and feel your best!
