With 2025 almost over and 2026 just around the corner December is a great time to reflect on your achievements / lessons and get ready for a fresh start in 2026 📆

We aren’t taking any new clients on through December but do have limited space for consults ready for a mid January start 🧡🙏💪

Typically I’m more drawn towards a mix of functional strength / cardio at this time but know how vital strength training is for muscles, bones, muscle function / reactivity and much more 🧠

It’s about doing things in the gym that crossover in life.

Whenever I’m running, fishing, carrying or maximising life I’m grateful for what my body can do and this all starts in the gym.
