🌞When the sun comes out it makes us all happy feeling revived, increases self esteem and most of all increase our mood to motivate us. It’s been a lovely few days enjoying a glass of wine with friends in the sun and a gossip as the ladies say. Enjoying company down the pub and a little arts and crafts for the end of Chinese new year 🌞

🐶 A lovely morning visit with Tammy we have been on a walk to local Severn Hospice and a visit on to the units for a fuss and a love. 🐶

🏔️we adventured out this morning for our men’s walking and talking group this morning to cardingmill valley . A beautiful morning with good friends.

🎤 🤠 yesterday we had the amzing Tom Byrne Music come to visit us. It’s great that Tom could carry out our residents request of country and western theme. This afternoon we enjoyed a sing a long this was a great activity for residents to let lose and enjoys song that they wouldn’t to sing a long to of their choice. 🎤🤠
