Hey everyone, I’m hosting a 4 session run course on the following dates / times.
January 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th. 09:30am
Location: Either Lyth Hill or Quarry. TBC closer to the time.
Session Objective: How to run efficiently and remain injury free
Areas covered:
Appropriate warm ups
Understanding current running form and what could be improved on for greater efficiency and speed
Learning a host of running drills that can help you continually improve your running form
Sessions will be at a mild pace; this is a chance to learn about Running. Learning how to emulate the running styles of the professionals, who make it look easy. Whilst there will be some challenging movements and raised heart rates, this is NOT a training session. This session caters for all abilities.
Sessions will be £10 per person, per session, and each session will be between 60 and 90 minutes. Message me to get booked on. Limited places available to ensure everyone gets the most out of the sessions!
