C H L Counselling I offer 1-1 counselling in a warm & safe environment, where for many people gives them the opportunity to explore issues without feeling judged.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work from a Person Centred model, which promotes the core conditions of congruence, empathy and unconditional positive regard. I specialise in bereavement and all mental heath issues, including depression and anxiety. I am based in Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury but I am also able to offer a mobile service to those where travelling may be an issue. If you think that I may be able to help, then please get in touch and we can arrange an appointment.

I’ve had lots of views over the last few weeks and although I am not practicing as a counsellor at the moment - I am willing to offer telephone counselling free of charge to those in need (struggling with covid19)
