I’m back from maternity leave in the New Year & I’m bringing you PREGNANCY YOGA

Starting 14th January
5week course 7.15-8.15pm
The United Reformed Church, Coleham Head, Shrewsbury

Pregnancy Yoga helps to prepare the body and mind for birth. Keeping you moving, connecting with yourself , your baby and other mums-to-be.
You will move through gentle yoga flows, designed for pregnancy, aimed to keep you and your baby smiling, easing any aches and pains common in pregnancy, building strength and preparing both you and your baby for birth and beyond.
Promoting breath awareness through pregnancy pranayama (breathwork), alongside meditation and deep relaxation, you will find these practices useful throughout your pregnancy, labour and when your baby arrives.

With no previous yoga experience. Suitable from 2nd trimester until birth.

Why have I created this class? Because I’m a mum of a 5month old, almost 3yr old & almost 5yr old and I craved a place that I could connect with local mums; a safe, open space to talk about highs & lows of motherhood & be able to move my body, breathe & check in!

Suitable for beginners!

Expect a louder, more relaxed / lighthearted class!

Not a lot of physical yoga going over here. As a friend said the other day, “yoga snacking” with 5/10mins on my mat where I can. Focusing on breathwork & mindfulness to help manage the emotions in the house, who’d have thought parenting was so hard…
