A huge thank you to everyone who came along to Breakfast in Bread at Bayston Hill Methodist Church.

Between the delicious breakfast baps, homemade jams and marmalades, coffee, cakes, stalls, and raffle fun Liz and her amazing team raised almost £1,500 for our care in just three hours.

💫Join us for a morning of Crystal Sound Bath & herbal tea, at the salon, with Liv from Lunar Holistics.

A crystal bowl sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where participants are bathed in the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls. The soothing frequencies help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and guide the body and mind into a state of deep rest and restoration — similar to a meditative state, but without any effort required from the participant.

I wanted to personally let you know that from the 1st September 2025 there will be a small increase in the pricing of some services.

I have always tried my best to keep my costs stable, but now need to adjust my pricing to reflect on the rise in energy costs, products and taxes.

Please be reassured, that I remain committed to use only high quality products and continuing to create a calm and warm environment where you can relax, restore and feel good.

To show my appreciation of your loyalty, to coincide with my price increase, I would like to give you 10% discount off one treatment booked between the 1st September and the 1st November 2025, in exchange for a google review.

Behind the scenes, I have been working on various collaboration ideas, with like minded women in business, to offer a wider treatment service from Sarah Bailey Beauty & Holistics and the response has been positive.

Which brings to me to introduce my first collaboration, with Holistic Therapist Liv, from Lunar Holistics.

Hi, I’m Liv – a holistic therapist and the hands and heart behind Lunar Holistic Therapies based in Telford. I’m really excited to be joining Sarah’s beautiful space on a Wednesday per month from September 17th, offering a range of nurturing treatments designed to support women’s physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.

With a background in pharmacy and a deep passion for holistic healing, I offer therapies including massage, reflexology, ear candling, Sekhem energy healing, and intuitive work. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and centred around creating a calm, supportive space for you to rest, release, and reconnect.

Whether you’re looking for relaxation, emotional balance, or deeper energetic support, you’re very welcome to get in touch or explore more about what I offer.

Liv will be working from the salon once a month, starting from September. All Liv’s treatments are available to book via my online booking site which can be found in my bio.

I had the pleasure of meeting these two amazing volunteers this July 🫶

Dear Volunteers,

A huge thank you for giving up your time to volunteer at Let’s Rock Shrewsbury on Saturday 12 July, I’m delighted to let you know that together we raised an incredible £6,418.41! This is more than we could have imagined and will go a long way in helping to support bereaved children, young people, parents and families when they need us most.

A special thank you to each of you for your energy and positivity in such extreme heat, the temperature exceeded 30°C at one point, and we know it wasn’t easy to get around. You all managed brilliantly, and I hope you enjoyed the rest of the day once your shift finished.
