We want to share an important update on our improvement work at SaTH.

Thanks to the commitment and hard work of our teams, the Trust has now exited special measures.

This shows the progress our staff have made to strengthen services and support better care for patients.

We know there is more to do, but we’re moving in the right direction.

Maternity Services at the Princess Royal Hospital are holding an open day on Saturday 14 March 2026.

Come along to join a guided tour of our maternity services, meet our teams, watch simulation training, participate in Q&A sessions with midwives, visit information stalls with information on antenatal and postnatal care, labour and birth and speak to our teams. Free parking will be available.

We're really excited to meet you!
Please note, children are welcome to attend, however will be unable to join guided tours.
