Yesterday I received incredible FeelBack regarding about a sacred womb ceremony so I thought I would share it all with you!
I come from a lineage of challenging wombs and deep wounds within my maternal line. For as long as I can remember, I have lived with excruciating menstrual pain and short cycles. Over the years, I have tried everything from dietary changes and supplements to various therapies, and seen only modest improvements.
Katy held a womb ceremony for me, where I received the Womb Rite of the Munay-Ki. Katy is an incredibly powerful healer! As we spoke about cutting ancestral cords, the bowl of incense in the Harmony Hut suddenly began to spark and smoke. During the session, even though it was a hands-off treatment, I could feel a gentle warmth and subtle movement within my womb space. I felt deeply relaxed, comfortable, and safe throughout.
My eyes were closed but in my mind I saw my womb transform into a lush, verdant planet, like the Earth itself, vibrant and alive. Angry red cords surrounding the womb-planet snapped and burst into gentle blooming flowers. The vision was so beautiful that I feel compelled to paint it one day, just to keep it alive in my memory.
Since the ceremony, I have experienced my first ever 28-day cycle, with only mild to moderate pain. I have not had much experience with energy work before, but I am now completely converted and eager to continue this powerful healing journey with Katy. She holds space so naturally and with such grace that I felt utterly supported from beginning to end. I cannot wait to experience more of her beautiful work.
