Offering these Sound Baths to those who are on these tough journeys and their loved ones is something that is so very close to my heart 💚

They are completely free for you on the Cancer Journey and a loved one to attend a space for you to switch off and find some peace amongst the worries.

This couldn’t be truer 🪽

Life has never felt the same since the day I lost Mum (JoY)
That connection was lost that feeling of safety and security, always knowing there was a place I could go that felt like home.

Grief has many layers to it and they don’t stop when you have had a good cry or when you look like your getting on with life and happy there is still this underlying sadness this big empty hole in your heart where you crave that connection 🥹

In saying all of this I know I wouldn’t be the Woman I am today without losing her it’s a hard realisation to acknowledge however it’s true.
I also know that Mum is guiding me from the other side helping me find Joy in the Journey 🌹🌻

Sending hugs to all of you who have lost someone and this time of year feels hard and heavy and your heart hurts every time you wish they were here 🫶🏼🥰
