Marysville is Closed on Bank Holiday, Monday 25th August 2025

Although some pharmacies will be closed over the Bank Holiday period, some will remain open to provide expert advice, over-the-counter treatments, and emergency medication where appropriate. To find pharmacy opening times for the Bank Holiday, please visit: https://bit.ly/42otWLE.

Pharmacists are highly trained healthcare professionals who can assist with a range of minor ailments, including cold and flu symptoms, stomach upsets, sore throat and earache, as well as rashes and skin conditions.

For life-threatening emergencies, such as signs of a stroke or heart attack, always call 999 immediately. For non-emergencies, you can contact NHS 111 online or call 111 free from landlines and mobiles. This service is available 24 hours a day, including Bank Holidays, and will guide you to the most appropriate medical help and advice after answering a few questions.

Consider visiting your local Minor Injury Unit (MIU) in Bridgnorth, Ludlow, Oswestry, Welshpool or Whitchurch. These can provide rapid treatment for injuries and illnesses that don’t require emergency hospital care. We will be open as normal from 8:30am on Thursday 6th June.
