Happy Friday everyone 💛

Feeling especially grateful as we head into the weekend. This week at Skin Deep Clinic has truly warmed my heart.

I was surprised with the most beautiful flowers from a very thoughtful patient — I was touched beyond words. It’s moments like these that remind me how lucky I am to do what I do and to be surrounded by such wonderful people.

And as if that wasn’t enough, another beautiful lady gifted Cookie and Crumble some super fancy new collars! They don’t make the best models (clearly very camera shy! 🙈), but we gave it our best shot. They’re looking very smart indeed.

It’s nearly March now — let’s hope the sunshine starts to make a proper appearance for us soon ☀️

A Note to Our Patients

This hasn't been an easy post to write without sounding arrogant, so we’ve taken our time getting it right—and we hope you’ll read it in the spirit it’s intended: genuine thanks and honesty.

We feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful patients, and it’s thanks to all of you—and the skill and experience of Wendy, our one-woman clinic—that Skin Deep Clinic continues to thrive. The upside of having just one Wendy? You get her full attention and years of experience and care. The downside? Well… appointments fill up fast.

We’re doing everything we can to see everyone as quickly as possible. New patients will need to wait a little for their first consultation, but every appointment is carefully planned so you get the right care, follow-ups, and treatment. Anyone who hasn’t been seen by us in the last two years is considered a new patient, so if it’s been a while—or if you know you’d like to join us—please get in touch early.

To our current patients: please if you can book your next appointment while you’re in for treatment to make sure you’re seen at a time that works for you. It helps us to plan the diary too.

✨ Who looks after the aesthetics practitioners? ✨

No, we don’t inject ourselves (though I have been asked that!) — we leave it to the experts. In my case, it’s the wonderful Maxine Moseley Skin Clinics Ltd who I first met years ago at a conference in Scotland. One of the best things about this industry? Finding amazing practitioners and lifelong friends. 💖

And my treatments? My staples are Profhilo and Wrinkle Relaxing — my little rituals every few months to stay fresh, confident, and ready to face the world. As all my patients know, I swear by them!
