Happy Friday 💧 I’ve had quite a few new followers recently - which is amazing!
So I thought I’d do a quick reintroduction 👩🏻⚕️
Hello, I'm Kathryn - a registered Nurse with many years experience and also a fully qualified Colonic Hydrotherapist.
I also have a diploma in Counselling Skills.
I trained as a nurse at Great Ormond Street and the Middlesex Hospital and following qualification worked as a Staff Nurse and then a Ward Sister in London.
I was experienced in both adult and paediatric nursing, intensive care and health visiting.
I spent a number of years working in Dubai and Abu Dhabi initially as part of a commissioning team for the then new Al Zahra Hospital and subsequently started my own business as a health advisor.
I then re-located to Shrewsbury with my family and became involved in school nursing and health education.
I developed an interest in the importance of good nutrition and became aware of the vital role a healthily functioning colon plays in overall wellbeing.
Realising the benefits of Colonic Hydrotherapy in maintaining a healthy digestive system I then trained as a Colonic Hydrotherapist under Dr Milo Siewert - an American Doctor who first introduced colonics to the Uk over 30yrs ago. Dr Siewert currently practices in Harley Street, London and Dorset.
