I love bringing the joy to life, and joy comes after peace.

For many years the joy remained hidden, escaping me. I had no inner peace.

Low self esteem, poor boundaries, lack of self love meant some of life's experiences were pretty grotty.

In 2009 I started my vibrational energy journey. I have acquired alot of knowledge since then, importantly about myself and specifically how energy flows and how we can direct it if we choose. It's been a crazy but truly magical ride. I have learnt miracles do happen.

I have also found my inner peace and with that has followed so much joy, and a smile that really radiates from within✨🤗😀

I have also learnt that I hold space well. That I am earthy and nurturing and love without exception.

Deep down I know, sense and feel that community is the way forward. Holding space in love, with love for each other.

Around us, for some of us, I know that seems impossible when we look what is happening in the world. But now more than ever its important to come together and create beautiful spaces together. To create a loving space so it ripples out. (And to get there we need to unravel our shadow, cry a few tears, release and let go of some traumatic experiences to find our inner peace and allow the joy to flow)

So from October to May, for 8 months over winter I would love to be creating a space called "Empower"... Where I will hold you in a loving space to empower you with like minded souls. All are welcome. Building up your energy with love, supporting you to make sense of all that's happening around you, gifting you the tools and techniques to make better choices but the right choices for you. It will be a mixture of online group sessions via Zoom, one to one sessions over zoom or in person, and monthly in person group sessions. We will build your energy up slowly but surely.

It will combine all the beautiful energy modalities I know. It will gift you confidence, self belief, inner knowing, inner peace and a joy that comes from smiling deep within. 🤗😀

Gentleness, compassion, self love. In this year of big changes remember these for yourself. Look back, see how far you have come, celebrate yourself. It's OK to rest before stepping forward. In this country of accelerated speed living (it's different on the continent) know it's OK to take a breath and smell the roses x

Who we think they are matters.⁣⁣
It will become their inner voice.⁣⁣

There was a pivotal moment when my twins were little, when I was overcome with guilt. They'd been diagnosed with severe speech delay at 3.5 years and I remember lying in bed feeling absolutely dreadful I hadn't sought support or noticed sooner. Roll on 20 years later and I can look back with compassion on myself as a first time mum knowing that with the right support every problem can be solved. I know there is always a way.

That's why I trained as an Intuitive Energy therapist and support children. I saw mine moving forward quickly with a combination of speech and energy therapy. I am so grateful.

So if you are struggling for whatever reason with your babies, littlies or teens please know there is always a way. It may just be an alternative way and if you'd like to know more please do reach out.

And currently my twins are travelling in Thailand.. They grew into great conversationalists who can talk with confidence to anybody. 💞🤗✨

Personally I don't like labels, I believe they are designed to make us feel less than.

Alternatively I believe humanity's evolutionary and higher vibrational expansion is being seen in the extra sensory skills of children and adults. We are all individually unique and special, and accepting others from the heart gifts us all freedom. 💗🙏✨

This is so important.. Individual needs... Kindness.

Currently I am saddened by unhappy children at primary school. Pre covid it was ordinarily children at high school, understandably so as teens step into their self empowerment of the solar plexus.

Many primary schools have lost their joy. Children acting out of fear, anxious to attend, feeling unsafe. Not all but many. I hear too often the system is broken. It was built in the victorian era, it requires changing. Many children are struggling as they fight to change it from within. My children fought to change it from within. The struggle as parents is real. If you'd like support for yourself or your children please reach out.
