Hi everyone,

Our Wellbeing Vehicle is on its travels again this Tuesday and Wednesday. We will be visiting a new location on Tuesday in Worthen 10-1, we are really looking forward to seeing the residents of Rectory Gardens. Then on Wednesday, we are returning to Ludlow Market 10-1.

We will be offering free mental health support to anyone who may need it. No appointment is needed, so please do come and say hi.

Our SWaRS Facilitator, Sara, is delivering a phenomenal trauma support service, and last year she supported 35 individuals. She has recently received some really heartwarming feedback; 'I would like to say a massive thank you for helping me get to where I am today. I'm in a great place and now going in the right direction'.

Last week, we had the privilege of visiting Hengoed Park Residential Home with our Wellbeing Vehicle. It was great to play a part in celebrating Time to Talk Day 2026 with their staff and residents.

Good afternoon,
I hope you've all had a productive weekend! This week, our Wellbeing Vehicle is off back to Ellesmere on Tuesday, the 10th. We will be outside Tesco by Ellesmere Wharf from 10am to 1pm. Then on Thursday the 12th, we are at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital outside The Treatment centre from 10am-12 noon. During the afternoon, we take the short trip to Bayston Hill, where we will be visiting The Beeches Medical Practice from 2-4pm.
Anyone who is struggling with their own mental health, or anyone who may know someone who needs some support, please come and have a chat with our staff and we might just be able to help.

Good morning everyone,
Our lovely staff are out again this week with the Wellbeing Vehicle. We will be braving this week's gorgeous weather in Oswestry and Wem. Wednesday morning takes us to the friendly folk of Plas Ffynnon Medical Centre, 10am-12pm, then on Thursday, 10am-1pm, we have a new location in Wem at the back of the library by Co-op.
As always, no appointment is necessary. Bringing free mental health support to people in Shropshire.

Exciting news!!
We have a new Calmer Cafe starting in Ellesmere starting from next month. On Tuesday, the 10th of February, from 2-4pm, Our Space will be hosting us for the afternoon. It's an opportunity to come and have an informal chat and a cuppa, our staff will be on hand for support to anyone struggling with their mental health.

Good morning,
This week, our Wellbeing Vehicle is on its travels again. We will make the short journey to Radbrook Green Surgery on Thursday afternoon from 1-4pm. On Friday morning, we are in Whitchurch outside The Watergate Centre from 10am-1pm, followed by Whitchurch Infants School from 2-4pm.

If you or a loved one would like a bit of support, please do come along and have a chat. It would be great to see you!
