Good afternoon,
Our Wellbeing Vehicle is out on its travels again this Thursday, the 13th of November. During the morning, we will be at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital between 10am-12 noon, located outside The Treatment Centre. Then, in the afternoon, we travel up to Bayston Hill to visit The Beeches Medical Practice, 2-4pm.

This week was International Stress Awareness Week, and it offers us a gentle reminder to reflect on our work/ life balance, our support structure and our self-care routines. We are all only human and everyone experiences stress, but when it gets overwhelming, it's important to have someone to talk to. Next week, our Wellbeing Vehicle is visiting the Oswestry area. First up is Plas Ffynnon Medical Practice 10am-12noon, then we are at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt in the afternoon, 12:30pm-14:30pm located near the entrance to the Veterans hub.

Friday the 10th of October, World Mental Health Day. Our Wellbeing vehicle was out and about at the Guildhall and Arrow County Supplies, chatting with people about their mental health. Check out our window in Abbey Foregate!

We have our amazing Wellbeing Vehicle out and about on Thursday this week the 9th October.
We will be visiting The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital between 10am-12pm, located outside The Treatment centre at the back of the hospital.
Then from 2-4pm we will be in Bayston Hill at The Beeches Medical Practice.
