What an incredible few days! 🌿✨

Amazing people creating amazing wreaths — thank you to every single person who walked through our doors. Watching those nervous faces turn into proud smiles as each wreath came together was truly priceless. Can you spot yours?

We raised £100 for the pre-school on our charity evening which we were thrilled about!

We had the best time filled with laughter, chats, and creativity. (A little reminder - healing isn’t linear — and creativity really does matter. 💚)

A huge personal thank you to Kerry for convincing me to join her on this adventure — you’re an absolute superstar. ⭐️

Massive thank you to Nathan @ Condover Hall for letting us forage on their beautiful land, and to for the fabulous accessories!

✨ Ring-Making at the Studio Today ✨

Today we welcomed Hannah from into the wellness studio. She spent the day guiding five wonderful women (and me!) through crafting their own sterling silver stacker rings.
But what happened went far beyond jewellery making. 💫

Healing and wellness aren’t always linear—there’s no single path, no universal rulebook. Sometimes the most powerful shifts happen not in silence or stillness, but in shared creativity, community, and play.

As everyone shaped, soldered, textured, and polished their rings, something beautiful unfolded:
✨ solar plexus confidence,
✨ sacral-chakra creativity,
✨ heart-chakra connection.

Because creativity is healing.
Gathering is healing.
Making something with your hands can be just as restorative as meditation or energy work.

Today was a reminder that wellness comes in many forms—and sometimes it looks like seven women laughing, learning, and leaving with silver shining on their fingers and energy shining from within. ✨

✨ Presence & Presents ✨
Last night’s event was pure magic — every detail was chosen with love and intention. From the pink quartz and tiger’s eye bracelets symbolising self love, healing, and inner strength, to the orange roses reflecting the sacral chakra’s energy of creativity, connection, and joy — it all came together beautifully.

We began with breathwork and gentle yoga led by Jayne from easing into the evening with mindful movement and presence. Then came macramé keyring making with Zoe (hello, creativity!), followed by delicious snacks, biscuits, and a lot of laughter!

Our aromatherapy rollerballs were inspired by winter — blends for immunity, grounding, and mood uplift — and we ended the evening with a deep guided meditation that left everyone floating in bliss (some of us didn’t want to come back 😌).

Of course, we couldn’t finish without some quiet hot tub time under the stars — the perfect ending to a beautiful night of connection and calm.

We can’t wait to do it all again soon 💫
