Back to school Belly Dance! ✨💜
It's a great time for new dancers to join us! Come and learn the basics of Belly Dance and start learning our fun, fabulous choreography! ❣️

We have two Belly Dance classes this week:

Bridgnorth- Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm at St James Church Hall (change of time for tomorrow class only!)

Telford - Thursday 6pm-7pm at Dawley House

🌞Monday: Summer Solstice gentle yoga flow, 6-7.15pm (covering Amy's class) at Bridgnorth Yoga Studio

💃Tuesday: Bridgnorth Belly Dance, 6-7pm, St James Hall

🌞Thursday: Kids Yoga, 4-4.45pm,

⭕Saturday: Two well-being circles
6-7.15pm, TEEN WELLBEING CIRCLE
7.30-9pm, WOMEN'S WELLBEING CIRCLE

Thank you for all your support in attending classes, every class you attend helps to pay my bills, feed my children and I hope it serves the community for improved wellbeing and physical health 🙏
Earlier this year I made a brave decision to return to work (which I'm equally as passionate about) on part time rather than full time hours as our family grew so that I can keep these classes going and bring light where I can ❤❤
