Recovery methods after exercise can differ from person to person, some may find ice baths help whilst others find stretching, hydration and nutrition a more effective method.
If your recovery from exercises is more effective, this will then enable you to train with greater intensity due to a reduction in delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
Finally, by also reducing this discomfort, which many people struggle with after exercise, you will feel better in the following days allowing your day-to-day tasks to be completed much easier.
Please see the post below which gives you some ideas of how you can recover after your sessions and if you want any more information please get in touch.
