Another smile complete for the big day.

With our Sync Smiles package, Invisalign was used first to pull the teeth back to reduce the flaring and spacing, followed by whitening to lift the overall colour.

To finish, the upper right lateral incisor crown was replaced with a freehand composite crown after gum contouring (shown here immediately post-op), and seven composite veneers were added to the surrounding teeth to improve the shape, proportions and overall balance of the smile.

All completed using the Envision Protocol.

Getting this smile ready for the big day 💍

We started with Invisalign to improve the midline and get everything sitting in a better position, followed by whitening to lift the shade. From there it was about refining the details, improving the proportions and adjusting the gum levels to frame the smile properly.

To finish, ten composite veneers were placed to bring everything together and to create a clean-looking, confident smile.

Small additions. Maximum impact.

This case was all about subtle refinement rather than over-treatment. Using composite bonding on the front four teeth, we were able to mask minor misalignment, improve the midline, and create a more even, balanced outline. This was carried out using Venus Diamond and the Envision Protocol.

Smile Transformation for at ✨

Here we had six old composites that had worn down and discoloured over time. In one appointment, we removed the old material, carefully refreshed the surfaces, and rebuilt the teeth using composite to restore brightness and strength.

At the same time, we subtly disguised the misalignment and levelled the edges so the smile flowed more evenly. The key was keeping the shapes natural, enhancing what was already there rather than making the teeth look overbuilt or artificial.

By refining the proportions, softening the transitions between teeth and polishing the composite to a high shine, the result is a smile that looks fresher, brighter and more balanced.

Ten composite veneers and some whitening to rebalance this smile ✨

Setback teeth were brought forward, uneven edges levelled, and black triangles were closed. We went for more natural shapes, whilst keeping things in proportion.

This case was created using only three different composite shades, carefully placed and shape to keep the teeth looking thin whilst disguising the misalignments. Planned and delivered predictably using the Envision Protocol ✨

This patient had just finished aligner treatment elsewhere. His teeth weren’t fully straight and there were visible black triangles, something we often see when cases aren’t planned with the final tooth shape in mind.

After whitening, I carried out some gum contouring to improve proportions, followed by six composite veneers to the upper and lower teeth to close spaces and create more symmetry.

Everything was done predictably using my Envision Protocol: a simple step-by-step system I’ve developed over the years to help plan and execute composite cases. This is exactly what I teach at - understanding where to add composite, why you’re adding it, and how to finish cases without overdoing it.
