Our newest client is Alfie, his goals are to further increase his fitness levels, improve his circulation throughout his body and maintain his low body fat %, all in support of his football career ~

Alfie is already very active, training twice a week and playing 90 minute matches on a Saturday afternoon. What will be interesting to see is how he finds his games after using Vacupower ~

The plan for the next 6-8 weeks is to use Vacupower twice a week alongside his training. Of course we will provide updates along the way of his journey !

Good evening followers of VACUPOWER :

I wanted to share with you all, my personal goal/s and how vacupower is helping me achieve these 💞

I have always wanted to “feel fit”, expand my lung capacity and increase my overall endurance. Naturally, I have always been tall and slim however I decided a few months ago I’d like to gain some muscle in certain areas- since incorporating heavy weight focussed training I felt I was lacking in my cardio sessions. So I came to vacupower for the TLC (true love n cardio) 😉I needed...

Here’s how vacupower is helping me reach my goal- I train at a high intensity where I’m sweating, feeling the burn and my heart rate is through the roof ! 3 times a week I will endure 30 mins of killing the vacupower machine, feeling better than ever when I step out.

A little more about me☺️I trained to be a lifeguard in August 2020 and had to complete timed trials to qualify - when I first attempted these trials I was 10 secs over qualifying however 2 weeks on this machine , 10 sessions in total- I knocked off 18 seconds finishing well within the trial 😱 I honestly couldn’t believe it🤩

I am so thankful to be a part of such a wonderful creation, and we look forward to welcoming many of you in MAY for our grand opening! ✨💞
