Jacqui was told her cholesterol was too high and the doctor wanted her to start statins. In just 4 months it’s reduced from 6.2 to 4.1 ✨🙌🏻 thank god you found club!

Jacqui was also looking for a body shape change as her clothes were no longer comfortable and I think her photos speak for themselves 😍

Hayley was lacking energy, feeling bloated and uncomfortable, her jeggings and lounge sets were digging in and very uncomfortable. Just 9 weeks back in club and the she is already feeling the benefits 🫶🏻 she is just shy of that 1 1/2 stone milestone, 43.5cms smaller and dropping body fat whilst still being a social butterfly at the weekends 🫶🏻

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY goes too…..Julia!!!!

Julia felt she had plateaued as the scale wasn’t moving as much and wasn’t expecting much for this review….but she was proven wrong and had her best stats yet and just look at that body shape transformation! It’s no surprise she has dropped 2 dress sizes and needs new leggings 🙌🏻

It’s NOT about the number on the scales! You’ve smashed it Julia…also just pointing out you are now metabolically 13 YEARS YOUNGER!

You look incredible! So proud 🫶🏻
