Osteo & Therapy Hub Jackie the osteopath now runs the Osteo & Therapy Hub at Frogpool Manor Farm which will be offering osteopathy, sports massage and nutritional therapy.

Osteopathy isn't just about bones or the back, it focuses on the joints, muscles, ligaments, and bones and the way that these inter-relates with the body as a whole. At our practice at Frogpool Manor (on the border of Chislehurst & Sidcup) we offer both structural and cranial osteopathy. Osteopathic treatment is suitable for all ages, from newborn babies to the elderly. Osteopaths diagnose and treat problems that occur due to injury, stress or disease, to enable the body to work as efficiently as possible, thus allowing the body to restore itself to normal function. The techniques we use vary from soft tissue massage, mobilisation, and joint manipulation, to very gentle techniques such as Cranio-sacral therapy.
