I had wonderful news recently.
Sarah has been having regular CranioSacral therapy treatments with me for the past 15 months and has just been assessed and informed that she no longer classifies as having C-PTSD.
Sarah is now officially a ‘Trauma Survivor’ and puts most of her recovery down to our sessions together.
It doesn’t get any better than that 💜

Can’t quite believe where the year has gone !
September always gives me those back to school vibes and I’m really looking forward to my upcoming training.
I have some online courses on how to hold a safe space for clients with trauma, an update on recent scientific evidence regarding the CranioSacral rhythm and one on tongue ties.
Then in October I’m off to Brighton for a course on treating concussion and in November an intensive therapist treatment course.
What are your plans for the rest of the year ?
