Well elemi is an essential oil that has been used for many years to help bring harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit. Here at elemi we feel it is important that a holistic approach is taken whether you are here to learn or just need a little ME time. We offer training in many areas of Holistic Therapies, from Diploma courses to refresher courses and workshops. Maybe you have already done some training in such therapies but felt they didn’t embrace the holistic approach. Our workshops will help you find that missing link. Our one day retreats offer you time to relax, reflect and give you a better understanding of yourself. All training and retreats will have no more than six people attending. Small groups give everyone a more personal approach and one to one time with the tutor. Our tutors have a wealth of industry experience and more importantly over fifteen years teaching experience in Holistic Therapies.

This isn’t just about learning massage techniques.
It’s about building confidence, learning to trust your hands, and creating work that feels calm, purposeful, and aligned with who you are.

Many of the women who join us don’t feel ‘ready’.
They feel curious. A little nervous. And quietly pulled towards something new.

You don’t need experience.

Yes. Many women join feeling unsure or nervous. Confidence isn’t expected , it grows naturally as you learn in a safe, supportive environment.

❓ What if I feel awkward or slow compared to others?
There’s no pressure to keep up or perform. We work with small groups and honour different learning styles and paces.

❓ Is it a women-only space?
Yes. We intentionally create a calm, women-only environment so you can relax, ask questions, and learn without self-consciousness.
