Elemi Training

Elemi Training FHT accredited training provider offering Diploma courses, refresher courses and workshops in holist Why the name elemi? A truly holistic oil.

Well elemi is an essential oil that has been used for many years to help bring harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit. Here at elemi we feel it is important that a holistic approach is taken whether you are here to learn or just need a little ME time. We offer training in many areas of Holistic Therapies, from Diploma courses to refresher courses and workshops. Maybe you have already done some training in such therapies but felt they didn’t embrace the holistic approach. Our workshops will help you find that missing link. Our one day retreats offer you time to relax, reflect and give you a better understanding of yourself. All training and retreats will have no more than six people attending. Small groups give everyone a more personal approach and one to one time with the tutor. Our tutors have a wealth of industry experience and more importantly over fifteen years teaching experience in Holistic Therapies.

We apologise for…
✨ Giving you training that makes you fall deeply in love with your therapy
✨ Creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and genuinely valued.
✨ Surrounding you with women who cheer for you louder than you cheer for yourself.
✨ Teaching you techniques that make your clients wonder if you’ve got magic hands.
✨ Raising your confidence so much that you start saying “yes” to things you once hid from.
✨ Encouraging friendships that feel more like sisterhood than networking.
✨ Holding high standards so you leave feeling proud, professional, and ready for anything.
✨ Providing ongoing support long after you’ve left the classroom.
✨ Giving you tools to grow your business and your belief in yourself.
✨ Reminding you that you’re capable of more than you ever imagined.

If this is wrong… we don’t want to be right. 💛

10 Things We LOVE Hearing From Our Massage Clients..

✨ Every massage therapist loves a little appreciation and these are the words that make our hearts melt 💛

From clients who trust us, to those who take time for their own self-care, every kind word reminds us why we do what we do.

Massage isn’t just about muscles, it’s about connection, presence, and helping you feel lighter, calmer, and cared for.

💛 Therapists …which of these makes you smile the most?

💛 Clients — which words do you hope your therapist hears from you?

5 things not to say to your massage therapist… (said with love 😅)

✨ 1. “Are you a masseuse?”
Only if we’ve magically travelled back to 1970. It’s massage therapist.

✨ 2. “No pain, no gain.”
Your muscles disagree. Loudly. We’ll choose effective over agony any day.

✨ 3. “Sorry I’m late… but can we still have the full hour?”
Time may be an illusion, but my booking system isn’t.

✨ 4. “You can practise on me.”
Bless you for the offer, but this is an actual profession… not a hobby I’m trying out on a Sunday.

✨ 5. “Do you do happy endings?”
Only the wholesome kind — where you leave relaxed, realigned, and walking out like you’ve got new legs.

Anymore you would include???

As a therapist, your energy and wellbeing matter too.

It’s okay to say no to clients when something doesn’t feel right, or when a request crosses your boundaries.

Professional, kind, and clear boundaries create a safe space for everyone.

Just love this..❤️

Last week I had a message from where I did my reflexology training, . I had some lovely feedback from the young lady I did my assessment with back in September. Although reflexology does not diagnose, it can sometimes empower people to get the help they need. 👣

👣 Now a fully qualified reflexologist.
Thank you to

❤️Feedback included how well I connected with clients during treatments.

Handy guide from Base Formula

We often get asked how many drops of essential oil to use in a blend so we’ve produced a detailed guide on our website. This helps explain the % dilutions that are recommended for safe application to the skin, for a range of circumstances e.g. for sensitive skin, general massage, wound care, targeted pain etc. You can then use our handy dilution chart to work out how many drops of oil to use in your blends! We hope you find it useful 😊.
