Happy 90th Birthday to our lovely Chieko! 🥳🎊🧁
We celebrated together this afternoon by having Cheese 🧀 and Wine 🍷as it was also Malbec Day 🍷followed by afternoon tea 🫖 and birthday cake 🧁
Not only did we enjoy the taste of the Malbec wine, we also learnt some interesting facts about Malbec 🍷
Malbec 🍷 is a popular full bodied red wine known for its deep purple colour, velvety tannins, and intense dark fruit flavours like blackberry, plum, and black cherry. Primarily associated with Argentina (especially Mendoza), it originated in France and is known for a smooth, plush texture, making it an excellent pairing for steak 🥩 and grilled meats. It also went down very well with our tasty cheddar cheese 🧀😋

It was a lucky Bingo 👀 afternoon for our Doreen ❤️ who did the Hat Trick and won three times 😱🤩 along with our Cynthia ❤️ We were all very happy 😊 that Ray ❤️ won too, his last Bingo 🏡 with us as he heads home this weekend - we will miss you - and wish you and your lovely family all the very best 👋😊😘
