Welcome to our page, which aims to provide you with information on McCarthy Stone and Porthaven's proposals to redevelop land at The Knowle, Sidmouth.
Our proposals feature a purpose-built care home, Extra Care and age-restricted Retirement Living accommodation as well as policy compliant affordable housing.
As part of our commitment to community engagement, we have carried out two rounds of public consultation, in which we are in the process of reviewing feedback before a planning application is submitted to East Devon District Council.
