✨ Deepening Connection Workshop ✨

Saturday 18th April | 1–5pm
📍 Ocean Wellness Hub, Sidmouth (EX10 8LN)

Are you and your partner wanting to slow down, reconnect, and deepen the quality of your relationship?

This half-day experiential workshop for couples offers a gentle space to explore what conscious relating means and how you can cultivate more awareness, appreciation, and connection with each other.

During the workshop we’ll explore:
💫 What it means to be more conscious in your relationship
💫 The different types of connection — energetic, emotional & physical
💫 Understanding boundaries and why they matter in healthy partnerships
💫 Simple practices to slow down and bring more presence into your relationship

Through guided discussion and simple embodied exercises, you’ll be invited to deepen awareness of both yourself and your partner in a supportive group environment.

This workshop is not:
• A space focused on sexuality (although the topic may arise naturally)
• A place to work through specific relationship issues

Those topics are important and can be explored separately in individual sessions if needed.
