Red Bay Pilates aims to help you improve your mobility,strength, coordination and your body awareness whilst working through a full range of low impact exercises. Our professional and honest approach to teaching all ages and abilities is key to achieving this awareness. We are passionate about encouraging a healthy lifestyle and allowing the body and mind to reach a level of ‘health’ that lets us be happy. 🌞 NEW YOGA CLASS 🌞

Saturday mornings Restore & Repair

10.30-11.30am

Restorative Yoga class suitable for all including beginners!

£10 for the first class and the future classes will be £11 block booking / £14 drop-in

Opening class is Saturday 1st November and then every other Saturday until January 2026 where it will change to a weekly class.

This will be a chance to slow down, relax and repair at the end of a long week. Bring a blanket or jumper and some socks for the extended relaxation at the end of the class.

I’m Charlotte, a registered physiotherapist and clinical yoga teacher based in East Devon.
After working in physiotherapy for over 15 years, I’ve seen just how powerful movement can be for recovery, strength and peace of mind.

This is why I have created Libra Physio & Yoga, to bring these two worlds together. My classes blend clinical knowledge with mindful yoga practice, offering a safe space for you to move, breathe and reconnect with your body.
My aim is to help you feel stronger, more balanced and at ease.

The power of words, not only am I an educator but someone who boosts you and really acknowledges those eureka moments. It is one of the BEST feelings when a Mover just “gets it”…! And then to know it feeds in to the rest of that persons day, I couldn’t ask for more. 💚

Theresa from Indigo Pilates will be offering 2 new beginners classes starting at the end of October on Wednesdays 6-7pm & Fridays 9-10am.

Theresa’s love for Pilates started over 14 years ago, following the birth of one of her 3 children she struggled with a bad back. She began attending a regular Pilates class and discovered the difference it soon made to her body helping her to regain strength & flexibility.

She decided to gain her level 3 Matwork qualification at Body Control Pilates so that she could share the many benefits of Pilates with others. She is passionate about teaching her clients the fundamentals of Pilates to help build core strength & balance, improve posture and overall quality of movement in everyday life.

When she’s not teaching Pilates, Theresa enjoys spending time at the beach, surfing, walking and travelling with her family & dog.

No we really do. If you stand on one leg, or you’re kneeling with one foot forward or you’re balancing on your pelvis in Teaser and there’s a wobble or a shake…. Bravo! It’s just your body working.

When we balance in any sort of position and we feel those micro-wobbles kicking in then those are just your stabilisers firing up. It’s good! You’re giving them a shake up. So if you go and decide to have a little stumble, roll your ankle, turn a little bit funny then those stabilisers are ready to swoop in and help you out.

Here at Red Bay Pilates we embrace the wobble and you should too 💚
