So at the beginning of January I needed to find a more cost effective gym, and I joined OJ Gyms Sidmouth. The staff have been SO helpful, there is a great range of equipment and it truly is a community gym, all different ages and abilities. I feel so comfortable attending, I know it can be daunting if you haven't used gyms before or aren't sure but trust me with this one!
