I've lost count of the amount of times that clients tell me I have healing hands.

I intuitively tailor your treatment to your needs. Treatments are not a one size fits all - I pride myself on being able to use the various treatments in my tool kit to provide the best possible experience.

From lived experience of mental health, bereavement, motherhood, perimenopause and caring for a parent I have caring a compassion to help you deal with whatever life throws at you. Add that to my counselling qualification and you really are seen and heard.

My treatment space is a place for you to enjoy the rest and relaxation that you deserve - to feel nurtured, cocooned and rejuvenated.

Friday thoughts - Dropping out of my comfort zone this morning I will be honest I don't love a video 🤣.

Officially my favourite spot in the treatment room at the revamped Holistic House.

A great place for a bit of quiet contemplation between clients.

Love this room.

Clients can cocoon themselves on the heated treatment bed with the cosiest of blankets - taking some time to de-stress and forget the world outside.

Limping your way through January and need some you time - this is your sign to book in.

Good to be back in the re-vamped tonight.

A little rest for myself was great to recharge my batteries over Christmas but it's great to be back treating some of my lovely clients.

I'm not one for new years resolutions - but after having a rest and realising the benefits I'm personally going to prioritise more time to look after myself.

So that's a wrap for 2025 - last treatments of the year done.

After a busy time personally and professionally over recent weeks I'm ready to put my feet up with a glass of wine.

Ready for some family time and some rest and recuperation.

What a lovely review left by a new client today.

I pride myself on being approachable and friendly and genuinely making clients feel at ease.

My treatment room is a place to shut away from the rest of the world and have some well deserved time for you.

It was always my intention to provide a calm and nurturing environment where I intuitively tailor the experience to the individual and this review is a testament to that.

Getting festive at the Silsden clinic.

Beautiful reiki session yesterday - reiki never fails to blow me away with how amazing it is.

The transformation when a client walks away lighter and so much more at peace is wonderful.

Life has been a bit tough the last few weeks with my mum currently in hospital.

It did however give me to the chance to slow down and look after myself with some accupuncture from the lovely

It was great to experience for myself how comfy the heated treatment bed is. The rain gently drumming on the sky light was also soothing and calming. The treatment room cocoons you away from the rest of the world just for a little while to rest and recharge.

Definitely filled my own cup for an hour. Note to self to practice what I preach and look after myself too.
