Let me reintroduce myself!
I thought it was about time I reintroduced myself — especially as there are quite a few new faces here (welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!) and some of you may only know me from one side of what I do.
Many of you know me as a sports massage therapist, but I’m also a fully qualified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach, I also ran my own fitness business for many years, which has given me a lot of experience supporting people at all stages of their journey.
What I really love is helping people not just recover from injuries, but come back stronger. I’m qualified to create personalised training programmes, so whether you’re rehabbing, rebuilding confidence, or just want to move better — I’ve got you.
I have a special interest in working with clients who have hypermobility and other connective tissue disorders. It’s something I’m really passionate about, and I understand how important it is to have the right kind of support and training.
