Kent Fire and Rescue Service is offering free home fire safety visits for those with long-term health condition or dementia, a young family, are an older person (over 70) or a smoker.

The visit and any equipment provided are completely free. Referrals from partner agencies are automatically classed as medium risk.

Children under 6 are now routinely offered the MMRV vaccine as part of the NHS childhood vaccination programme.

MMRV replaces the existing MMR vaccine and adds protection against chickenpox, alongside measles, mumps and rubella.

You don’t need to do anything — your GP will contact you when your child is due.
