Pregnancy After loss 🌈

Often referred to as a rainbow pregnancy, referring to a baby following a miscarriage, ectopic or molar pregnancy, TFMR, stillbirth, or infant loss, and represents hope, joy and light after a storm. 🌈

However we understand even considering a pregnancy again is difficult and for some this journey may not be the right one at the moment. 🤍

And the rainbow journey is often a difficult journey in many ways.

🤍 Worries around health following a loss. Healing physically.
🤍 Difficulty conceiving, fertility concerns.
🤍 Recurrent miscarriage
🤍 Stress and worry that it will happen again. Mixed emotions of joy, guilt and fear.
🤍 Mental health

With published research today from The miscarriage Association (link in comments) revealing sadly a quarter of women report they lacked care following their loss, we need change and to break the stigma around loss.

We understand this month may be a difficult month for many, particularly with Mother’s Day approaching.

Kindness comes in many forms, a smile, a note, carrying someone’s bags, or paying for someone’s coffee. However big or small the thought and gesture an act of kindness it brings joy to the giver as well as the receiver.

Today we had the pleasure of gifting one of our wonderful clients a complimentary heartbeat bear 💛

An amazing journey over the last nine years where we have seen many families throughout their fertility and pregnancy journey, many returning to us time and time again!

We have supported families through good times and bad, and expanding our services to support more families, now offering many hollistic services alongside ultrasound scans.

Award winning 5* women's health ultrasound services in Medway offering 2D ultrasound Early Pregnancy , Fertility, Gynae & 3D & 4D pregnancy scans. Also offering NIPT/Harmony Test and Group B Strep (GBS) Test (not currently routinely offered on NHS) as well as fertility & pregnancy blood tests. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and strive to offer a truly professional service that is second to none. With our pregnancy services there are no gimmicks or packages, instead complete professional scan services that all include the wellbeing of mum and baby foremost with the wonderful addition of a unique experience to help you and your family and friends to bond with your baby and to provide expert assurance that all is well with you both. We offer out of hours scans on request in extreme circumstances particularly where there are concerns regarding pregnancy and we have robust referral criteria with professional links with local hospitals if necessary. Also offering personalised pregnancy complementary therapies including acupuncture, reflexology, aromatherapy & hypnotherapy with one-to-one sessions in our clinic with a qualified practitioner/midwife.
