Then convince yourself that everyone remembers that awkward thing you said?

Yeah. That’s not you being weird.

That’s an anxiety pattern in your subconscious which is learned to keep you safe.

You can use it every day or just once in a lifetime, but as soon as you know the system you will have a permanent means of updating your automatic patterns of thought, and a means of programming yourself for success and happiness.
