We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended our annual Remembrance Service on Saturday. Despite the poor weather, we were touched by the fantastic turnout and the warmth of the community spirit as we came together to honour loved ones.
Thanks to your generosity, we raised £333.92 for Crossroads Care Kent Your support means so much, and we are grateful to everyone who made the service so special.

We began this peaceful Saturday morning with a beautiful horse drawn funeral, accompanied by clear blue skies and sunshine. The horses looked stunning, adding a touch of elegance and grace to the journey. A big thank you to Sonny Hillier Horse Drawn Carriages for their wonderful turnout as always.

This week, we had the pleasure of supporting the Kent wildlife rescue service by purchasing items from their wish list. These contributions will help provide much-needed supplies for their ongoing efforts to rescue and protect local wildlife. We're proud to play a small part in aiding their mission to protect and preserve our natural heritage.

This week, we had the privilege of conducting a beautiful service where each mourner received a lovely hand-tied bouquet of flowers.
This touching gesture, thoughtfully arranged by the family, was in memory of a beloved mother who cherished flowers and wanted to ensure they brought joy to everyone.

Special thanks to Flowers by Beatrice for their wonderful arrangements. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of personal touches in honouring our loved ones.

Today, our Faversham office had the honor of conducting a beautiful funeral in Essex. At Bournes, we are dedicated to providing our services not just locally, but also out of area and on weekends where required.
