You'll enjoy the privacy of your own self-contained property, and have full access to a range of communal facilities usually including a residents’ lounge, gardens and a laundry and an guest rooms available for family and friends.

They are also there to help by organising any necessary repair work with tradespeople, liaising with contractors and signposting to other services, allowing you to spend more time doing things that you enjoy.
Our properties
With over 50 years’ experience in designing and building properties for older people you can be confident our apartments offer a safe and secure environment for you to call home. Our purpose built properties vary in size and style and we’ve used our experience to ensure our they are fitted with carefully thought out features including modern fitted kitchens and bathrooms and specialist flooring to reduce trip hazards.
Communal facilities
Each court has a range of warm and friendly communal spaces. Typically there is a spacious residents’ lounge, landscaped gardens, a laundry room, buggy store and a guest room for visiting family and friends. The communal lounge is a great space to socialise with other residents or for somewhere to greet family and friends outside of your apartment. If you are a keen gardener you are welcome to help look after areas of the gardens, or leave it to us.
Extra peace of mind
All of our properties include a 24 hour emergency alarm. If help is summoned the Court Manager will be alerted and come to your assistance. Outside of working hours the alarm is answered by a professional support service that will ensure a quick and appropriate response.
Am I eligible?
To rent one of our Retirement Living apartments you need to be at least 55 years old although priority will always be given to people over 65 years. You must be actively looking to move and be able to live independently with support.
You need to be able to afford the rent and service charges and be able to pay by Direct Debit. Depending on your circumstances you may get Housing Benefit towards the charges.
Miller Court
Is an attractive and peaceful development enjoying a rural location next to a river in the village of Wainfleet St Mary, near the vibrant seaside town of Skegness.
The village offers residents a variety of local amenities including markets, auctions, pubs, takeaways, churches, doctors surgeries, a post office, hairdresser, florist, butcher and grocer.
Skegness is just six miles away and has a range of larger supermarkets, independent shops, seaside stalls, takeaways and places to eat. The town enjoys an attractive coastline with sandy beaches and popular bird-watching spots. Skegness has many leisure facilities including parks, nature reserves, pubs, social clubs, cafés, cinemas, sports clubs and a theatre.
Buses run every half an hour from a stop close to the court and will take you into Skegness or Boston. Residents can also choose to use the local Call Connect bus service to get around. The nearest train station is a short walk away and provides regular services to the two towns.
Miller Court has been recently refurbished and has a range of onsite facilities including a large residents’ lounge, quiet area, games room with a snooker table and dart board, communal laundry, guest rooms, lift for easy access to the 1st floor and Car park.
The court has extensive and attractive gardens which attract a wide variety of wildlife including foxes, badgers, birds and deer. Each ground floor apartment has its own garden and residents can get involved with tending the communal areas if they choose.
