It’s the November full moon today, a powerful super moon known as the Beaver moon.
Following the cycle of the moon can be very powerful ways to manifest, set intentions and release that which is no longer needed.
Full moon rituals such as making moon water, setting crystals in moonlight to cleanse, journaling, and releasing negativity by using candles and burning bay leaves or paper can be great ways of using this energy.

Join us in central Lincoln for a guided meditation and sound bath session; a perfect way to end the week.
No experience necessary and it’s an easy to follow and friendly class.
We also provide all equipment for you - just bring yourself in comfy clothes and bring some water.

We start with a guided meditation, just to de-stress and release tension from the mind and body before the sounds of chimes, crystal bowls and our gong allow you to drift into deep relaxation.

It’s a gentle and friendly class, open to all, and no experience is necessary.
Sound baths create a safe and warm space for deep relaxation; allow the sounds to help you gently drift off into rest and re-balance.

Introducing our 4 new sound bath events at Seascape Cafe - NSO for November and December!
If you’re a seasoned soundbath pro or a beginner, these classes are for you!
Small, friendly and in the amazing atmosphere of the North Sea Observatory.
Join us for a really deep relaxing guided meditation (no experience needed) then gently into the sounds of gongs, chimes and crystal singing bowls.
We have extended classes too… one where you can craft with crystals, make Christmas decorations, your own spell jars and more;
Then we have an extended chakra meditation with crystals and a soundbath just before Christmas.

Everything is provided including a hot drink and sweet treats too.

⭐️November 6th 6:30pm - meditation soundbath
A deeply relaxing de-stress, bringing calm and balance.
⭐️November 14th 6pm - a special crafting with crystals event for Christmas, followed by a relaxing soundbath to finish.
⭐️December 8th 6:30pm - meditation soundbath, allow the gentle sounds to transport you to deep rest and relaxation.
⭐️December 17th 7 pm a special crystal chakra balance meditation to release tension and stress, bring balance and harmony to the mind body and soul, into a harmonious soundbath of bowls, chimes and gongs.

Places are limited so please book to avoid disappointment as our events really do fill up quickly.
